Delivery

Most orders are despatched within 24 hours. All orders are dispatched by NEXT DAY delivery at NO extra charge, but please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive your goods before contacting us.

To check stock availability before ordering contact us on sales@pawsetc.co.uk or 0845 0945 543 during office hours 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.

If a product is out of stock we will advise you of when it is likely to be available by email or telephone.

All items are posted by either Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail First Class Recorded or by 24 hour courier service. If you are unlikely to be available to receive your order please leave instructions on checkout i.e. "Leave with a neighbour…".
