Faulty Product – Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, then we will arrange to either make a full refund or replace the product. All fragile items (e.g. fish tanks, bulbs etc.) must be inspected whilst our driver is on your premises as claims for these items cannot be accepted afterwards.
Products purchased by customers in error – In the event of a customer purchasing an item from us mistakenly, we will be pleased to refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us unused and in saleable condition with all original packaging and receipt within 28 days.
